Yes, of course, we provide free samples. However, the cost of shipping to the destination address will be covered by the customer.

How can I get a sample of the charcoal?

You can receive a charcoal sample of your choice by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Once your selected charcoal sample is confirmed through E-mail or WhatsApp, it will be promptly sent to you.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes of course, you are welcome to visit our factory. Our factory is located in Salatiga, Central Java. The nearest airport is Adi Sumarmo Airport or Adisutjipto Airport. Tell us your arrival date and time, we will pick you up at the airport.
